Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise the Distribution to ensure growth in insurance sales through named Bancassurance relationships (National Responsibility)
- Candidate will also assist in making Distribution Strategy, Bancassurance, Strategic Alliances, Channel Acquisitions, Sales and Management.
- Support the development and implementation of the Banca sales plan for the named accounts that will deliver sales performance targets, support sales growth & distribution capacity consistent with the sales/business strategy
- Interface with operational management so as to ensure operations meet the required standards of service and quality and achieve the desired levels of customer and/or intermediary satisfaction
- Support the branches to effectively address sales and/or performance issues and/or exploit opportunities arising so as to maximise the overall return to the business
- Make recommendations supported by business cases for the development of new distribution channels within Banca structure
- Support product development and deployment for various Bancassurance channels
- Support the delivery of timely, accurate and up-to-date management information and statistics as required
- Ensure financial reconciliation is carried out rigorously to avoid income leakage with payment
- Set, manage and review annual performance targets of sales
Desired Profile
- Should have 14 to 18 years of experience in Insurance / BFSI industry handling Bancassurance at regional level (with 3 to 4 regions responsibility)
- Experience in managing Key accounts.
- Understanding of Commercial and Personal health insurance products.
- Should have good track record of developing sales and distribution capacity in Bancassurance
- Knowledge of the bancassurance distribution channel
- Experienced in strategy development
- Have the ability to market intelligence
- Good leadership in the management team
