1. Tie up with Large enterprises and Tech parks for Carpool campaign
2. Tie up with Top 20 IT, Top 20 Tech Parks, Top 10 Banking, Top 10 Manufacturing, Top 5 Co working spaces, etc.,
3. Own the growth KPI and to be able to grow the start up to 10X.
4. Work on partnerships with other B2C Start ups, Fuel companies, Car Service companies etc.,
5. Lead the B2B Sales team across India, to achieve the targets
6. Consistently work on newer strategic initiatives to ensure the key matrices grow in line with business plan numbers.
7. Manage the Sales funnel and achieve healthy conversions
8. Should be looking for long term growth prospect in the company
9. Own the Vision of the company, Be like a partner.
