Position Reporting to Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

Overall responsibility in terms of management & supervision of Internal & External Audit, RBI Audit, Budgeting Control & Annual Accounts Closure:

- Finalization of Annual Internal & External audit scope and assisting the external team for completing the Audit within defined timelines.

- Managing Risk & compliance parameters of RBI & account department.

- Annualized financial budgeting, forecasting & Annual Accounts Closure and set up systems to track and analyse variance.

- Compliance & Risk monitoring and highlighting alleged violations of applicable Rule & Regulations and recommend the procedure for corrective actions

- Prepare & maintain compliance calendar (regulatory as well as internal )

Additional Exposure: IT Audit Control would be added advantage.

Qualification: Charted Accountant (Mandatory)

Industry: NBFC /Bank / Big Four Audit firms / Domestic Audit firms

Job Location: Jaipur head office (Rajasthan)
