AVP - Assistant Relationship Manager - Bank

We have urgent opening with Reputed bank for Mumbai location. Detail are given below:

Role :

Role Accountability Measurement Competencies

Assistant Relationship Manager :

- Assist RM in business development.

- Support in coverage of clients with revenues in excess of Rs.1,500 Crs;

- Credit analysis, risk identification, credit presentation (credit memo)

- Delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank;

- Work with analysts under the guidance of RM to ensure seamless credit delivery.

- Assist RM to grow revenues, build asset book, contingents, and liabilities, and expansion of client base.

Knowledge :

Working knowledge of :

- Client business including working capital cycle and growth requirements;

- Risk (credit / investment, operational, others) identification, mitigation and management;

- Banking products and procedures;

- Documentation.

Skills :

- Ability to spot new business opportunities;

- Interaction with clients;

- Credit writing skills;

- Strong communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc);

Attitude :

- Problem solving;

- Keenness to learn and detail oriented;

- Team player.

Experience :

- 2-5 years in similar role in investment / corporate banking with top organizations.

Education :

- Rank holder CA; or

- MBA from reputed institutes (IIMs, FMS, IIFT, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, SPJ, MDI, etc)
