AVP - Analytics

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the Analytics Practice Group responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive programs across multiple clients & projects

- As the lead of the Analytics Practice Group you will work closely with the Sr. management in developing and implementing the company strategic plans for the defined practice.

- Responsible for managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships in the defined space

- Responsible for creating a presence of the organisation in the Global Analytics space

- Provide company thought leadership in a number of areas, including customer segmentation, behavior based modeling (propensity, churn, etc…) data strategy and analytic approaches

- Lead team members, including personal development and set work direction

Experience and skills

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Analytics environment with at least 3 of years of experience leading a large Analytical team

- Have analytical/statistical knowledge such as modelling, cluster analysis, multiple regression, time series modelling

- The ability to grow or build a successful team

- A deep understanding of the ever-changing Analytics landscape

- Have a strong strategic vision

Qualification

- Master degree in engineering or Quantitative discipline / MBA preferred from a reputed institute
