Role/ Job Title: Manager- Alliances, Partnerships & Digital Projects
Grade - AVP
Function/ Department : Wholesale Banking
Note : Bank is looking for candidates from Fintech/Payment Organisations into Alliance & Partnership, who may not be having exp in Integration projects.
Job Purpose : The role entails building Alliances & Partnerships within the cash management framework aimed to aid cross sell, upsell and/or identifying new customer journeys.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior stakeholders and build effective partnerships to drive overall client delivery strategy.
- Target and identify the alliance partners along with customer segments with a Go To market plan.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders (clients and internal) on project status both on projects and partnership deals.
- Conduct comprehensive requirement elicitation and identify potential non-standard solutions early on to be designed and implemented.
- Co-ordinate with internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Implementation Managers) on client project requirements to ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions.
- Work closely with the product team as partners to proliferate solution uptake via appropriate partnerships.
- Work with delivery, product and architect teams to ensure partnership integrations happen in time bound manner.
- Adhere to Project Management framework while executing large or complex projects.
- Initiatives to be designed right from customer acquisition to onboarding to solutioning to servicing, to create a differentiation in the market for CMS business.
- Design, own, manage the channels viz. mobility, corporate onboarding, service differentiation and drive usage, commercialization as well as enhancements from business perspective.
- Maintain partner level profitability/lead dashboard and publish metrics around the same on monthly basis.
- Establish and manage the project governance from planning to execution stage along with the team from relevant stakeholders and hold the charter.
- Oversee management of client issues during a project and ensure swift resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that a thoroughly tested solution is delivered to the clients.
- Manage end to end delivery of solutions for existing and new clients.
- Engage in consolidating monthly metrics and act on feedback received through Post Implementation Reviews every quarter.
- Work on ways and means to improve processes to achieve cost savings for the bank and service excellence for clients.
- Work on ways and means to improve operational from customer perspective to achieve ease and service excellence for clients.
- Work on ways and means to achieve top line CA and Fee based framework through alliance and partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank's client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local regulatory requirements.
- Own and manage the project-based channels and manage the P&L from an end-to-end perspective.
- Build and deepen working relationship with business partners, sales, relationship team, Technology, Delivery, ISG and Operations teams.
- Initiate post implementation reviews every quarter and ensure prompt responses from the clients.
- Identify solution up tiering opportunities and provide consulting solution to key clients to enable them to streamline their activities.
- Monitoring the revenue aspects of channels, solutions and various user journeys developed and tracking it on regular basis.
