About Position: The company is currently looking for AVP - Alliance - SCF (BD / Sales) for managing and creating new partnerships aligned to the business goals and will be responsible for a P&L of its own. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in growing business through alliances/partnerships. The position reports directly to our Co-Founder
Location: Mumbai
The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate should be MBA (Premier /good institutes) or CA and specialized graduate with 6- 12 years of relevant Sales / BD experience BFSI, FinTech, E-commerce or other organizations in building and nurturing mega-alliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI, digital alliance. The candidate must be from Sales Background.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Revenue Responsibility for India i.e. P&L of the business.
- Client Relationship Management and Servicing
- Increase share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels in the platform
- Increasing quality leads for Business Loans from clients and ensuring an end to end fulfillment
- Reporting and Monitoring performance
- Add new Alliances - Digital Platforms, Corporates
- Research on potential tie-ups for Business Development - Market Sizing research, identifying potential new tie-up opportunities
- Prepare team targets and strategy for each sub-sector along with the Sales Head
- Ensure targets are well understood by the team and monitoring the same regularly
- Working closely with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure Business targets are achieved
- Razor-sharp Focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reduce frictions
- Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of supply chain partners of associated corporates
- Product Research and coming out with innovative Financial products solving Customer problems along with Products team
- Identifying innovative products to increase share of wallet from existing customers
- Work with the marketing department and help in the implementation of hyper-local activities with the sales team
- Develop on B2C strategy and ensure maximum conversion of Leads received from multiple platforms
