Job Summary:
Responsible for bringing out transformation through building right mind-set, knowledge and skills in front line leaders
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in mobilizing the organization and the shifting mind-sets to deliver the transformation objectives
- Drive an effective performance management process that reinforces desired behaviors at the front line leadership level in order to improve agent productivity
- Implement processes to monitor the progress and results of all the interventions
- Develop and implement programs and governance mechanisms to ensure the transformation outcomes are sustained
- Deeply embed the sales management process through coaching and mentoring for Branch managers
- Achieve a tangible and sustainable improvement in recruitment capability, agent development and sales productivity (lead indicators)
- Collaborate with and align stakeholders across functions and levels to achieve agency transformation objectives
- Support in developing the communication and training materials identified in the agency transformation agenda and driving the communication to the last mile.
