This is a leadership role with one of the leading Insurance company in India based out of Mumbai:
Responsible for deployment of strategy:
- Deploy programs in line with agency strategy across the agency employees including Frontline Sales, Branch Managers and Area / Regional Managers and advisors to drive the desired sales behavior.
- Prepare, create awareness and track Goal sheets and incentive for frontline and branch managers to ensure minimum standards are maintained.
- Analyze metrics like - but not limited to - Recruitment Ratio, Channel Profitability and Attrition to review the existing trends and recommend changes.
- Ensure Process Adherence, Regulatory Guideline Monitoring to help create a Governance and a compliance culture.
- Collaborate and liaise with Channel Development and Reward & Recognition / Engagement team to ensure attraction and engagement of agents and front line.
- Ability to work and deliver results in a changing environment.

Minimum Education: Post graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA
Minimum/Specific Experience: 8-10 years total experience, Experience in Insurance Agency Distribution. Preferably mix of Field and Corporate Office experience.
