AVP- Ad Sales / Media Sales
Position Description:
-The position holder is expected to drive business growth by driving a team to generate Advertisement and Media Sales from large and medium enterprises and media agencies in Mumbai and West Region.
Job Summary:- Relationship Development: Servicing large corporate across various industries as part of the existing client relationship
- Media Agencies: Lead discussion for showcase of portfolio to agency brand at Buying Head level and ensure wallet share with agency.
- New Brand Acquisition: Generate Sales Solutions and Acquiring Large accounts by selling media space on Email, Performance, Whatsapp, Notification and Related Digital Media.
- Key Accounts Management & Renewals: Ensuring client satisfaction at all levels and ensuring growth and renewals across all existing customers.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Knowledge of selling digital customer solutions
- Hands on experience in corporate and media sales
- Exceptionally well written, verbal effective communication & comprehension skills
- Excellent Presentations skills required to present to C-suite
- Strong listening and networking skills
- Understanding customer requirement to offer tailor-made solutions
- Efficient time management to cater to key clients
- Quick decision making and Report Management Skills

Qualification Criteria:- Graduate / MBA with 5+ years of experience Media / Advertisement / Corporate / SaaS / Digital Solutions Sales
- Key Account Management. Team handling experience of 2+ years is a must.
