AVP - Accounts Payable - BPO

We are looking for seasoned Accounts Payable professionals.

Below are the requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day to day operations of the Accounts Payable process

- Knowledge on India Tax system, Good People Management Skill

- To implement all change initiatives in the process to run in the most cost effective manner

- Bring innovative ideas into the process which brings efficiency in the ways of working

- Think out of box and use past experience to provide solution to any issues

- Keep motivating the team and create role model and future leaders for the organization

- Implement robust control around the operational framework and a risk free process

- Create environment of process dependency rather than people

- To work on standardization program and lead the "Change The Bank" initiatives

Education Standard : Chartered Accountant/MBA

Experience : 9+ years working experience in Accounts Payable preferably in an investment banks or in a similar capacity in a BPO / KPO centre.

Prefer knowledge of AP end to end process and controls.
