About our Client - As one of the world's leading financial institutions, our client provides first-class products and services to corporate, institutional and private players. With continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they are keen to recruit senior-level professionals to augment their Operations team. As a part of this exercise, they are currently looking for an AVP in their Accounts Payable team.

Job Description - Reporting into the VP and handling a team of 20+ professionals, your key responsibilities would include:

- Client relationship Management

- Manage, Guide and support Payment Process and related activities like Bank Recs and GL Recs in SAP environment

- Co-ordinate with Finance on a monthly basis

- Build effective relationship with senior management and other onshore partners.

- Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives

- Leading the team to ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services

The Successful Candidate -

You must be a CA/MBA with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience within Accounts Payable.

You must possess excellent knowledge of the whole P2P process including processing payments.

Exposure to bank reconciliation, accounting, MIS, budgeting and forecasting would be desirable.

Furthermore, you must have the ability to face Senior Management and to develop effective solutions to support new business initiatives, market and regulatory changes. In addition you should have managed large teams.
