- CA with 8-15 yrs exp

- CA with 10-12 years experience in financial reporting, Financial report preparation and analysis, IRDAI accounting and reporting regulations - importantly finance relate, Hands on experience in MS office, Accounting standards knowledge

- To ensure proper financial reporting of the Company on a timely basis with proper analysis. To ensure compliance to all IRDAI reporting on time accurately with quality. To prepare and manage subsidiary company accounts by ensuring complete understanding and meeting timelines for Board and other requirements by regulatory authorities. To manage parent/promoter company requirements by coordinating with them and ensuring proper closure.

- Financial reporting SEBI LODR, Ind AS FFC/US GAAP/Schedule Sch Vrequirement for parent, Timely and accurate submission of all IRDAI reports, MD&A preparation, support in producing annual report, related party disclosures, automation requirements and coordination for closure with IT
