AVP Accounts

- Hands on management of Accounts team

- Facilitating finalisation of the Accounts, including the passing Annual Entries

- Preparing Finance cost working on a regular basis

- Compliance with Statutory Laws like GST, Income Tax and maintenence of the relevant statutory books and finalisation of month and year end financial statements;

- MCA Compliance

- Co-ordinate with Internal/ Statutory Auditor and provide data for audit, Planning and management of activities to ensure completion of internal and statutory audits within the time frame;

- Reconciling balances with group entities

- Managing and controlling overall accounts and reporting systems ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards

- Handling financial matters including working capital management and cash flow analysis

- Ensuring Bank Reconciliation

- Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance of the company/Firm

- Compiling data for Income tax / Income tax assessment as and when required

- Compiling data for return and payment TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF and other regulatory compliance with the Government Authorities.
