AVP - Accounting & Reconciliation - Insurance - CA

Reporting into the VP for Accounting/Reconciliation CFO and leading a team of 10+ individuals, your key responsibilities would be :

- To reconcile balance sheets for the organisation and liaise with internal and external stake holders

- Accounting (payables and receivables) and finance operations team.

- Re-engineering the Invoicing / AR Processes for effective Reconciliation

- Carrier Meetings and

- Time bound GST Invoice Recoveries from carrier and group companies.

- Automation of Processes

- This position will be responsible for application of project management discipline to drive initiatives and projects to enhance the current analytics while working on new areas of interest. Providing financial analysis, Reporting, variance analysis, identification of risk, opportunities, and underlying cost drivers would form an key part of the role.

The Successful Candidate - CA with post qualification 5 to 7 years experience.

You should have an excellent analytical background and should have worked on reconciliations extensively.
