Education: Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/ACCA/ CPA)

Certifications If Any

Experience Range: 12 plus years of professional experience (majority of that experience in a technical accounting advisory (IFRS/ US GAAP) role)

Foundational skills :

- Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/ACCA/ CPA)

- 12 plus years of professional experience (majority of that experience in a technical accounting advisory (IFRS/ US GAAP) role)

- Ability to understand, research and lead complex transactions (including structured trades) in the Investment Banking Business.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards like IFRS 10 

- Consolidation, IFRS 9 

- Classification and measurement of financial instruments, IFRS 13 

- Fair Value Measurement, IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition, IFRS 7 

- Financial instrument disclosures, IAS 32 Financial instrument presentation.

- US GAAP knowledge is a definite positive.

- Prior exposure of working for GLOBAL BANKS with a sound understanding of their products.

- Understanding of Bank regulations including SEC requirements

- Prior Big-4 experience preferably in accounting advisory or similar functions in their Banking and financial services (BFSI) vertical.

- Excellent time management skills

Work Timings : 11.30AM to 8.30PM IST

Needs to be flexible to accommodate calls with stakeholders
