Eligibility: Graduate/ Post Graduate with 8-10 yrs of Sales experience in Financial Services/ Life Insurance.
Main Priorities:
- Has managed single/multiple locations with large scale/bandwidth
- Has done supervisory layer management for 4-5 years, also front-line management for 2-3 years
- Sales planning – Achieving sales targets as per budget, planning manager target/manpower deployment, managing supervisory/frontline performance, increasing territory foothold with new customer acquisition/cross-sell/upsell
Key Skills:
- Have the ability to manage and lead a team to deliver targets across whole product range within agreed timelines
- Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem solving capability
- Proficient in MS office
- Thorough knowledge of local Market
- Process oriented - efficient lead/campaign management and process alignment
Other Skills:
- Acting as a mentor, coach & trainer for your team and drive them to meet their monthly targets.
- Development of professional standards in the team by regularly training them on product and sales
