Qualification Criteria: Preferably an MBA from IRMA/Any other Institute equivalent
Experience : 1-2 years of Sales experience/Relationship Management/Project roles especially in the Rural Markets – Telecom/FMCG/Financial Service
Roles & responsibilities
1. The person will be part of the Bancassurance Partnerships central project team conceptualising & executing key projects for the Rural Business of Aviva
2. He/she shall form core part of the team handling Primary Rural Relationships for Bancassurance as well as MFI partnerships
3. He/she shall be responsible exclusively for the growth of some of the Primary Rural Channels – both Banks/Micro Insurance Agents
4. The person should be creative to work on marketing ideas that will work well for the Rural customers – to include new product ideas
5. The person should be able to seamlessly execute key projects spanning Trainings, Marketing, Operations & sales processes
6. The person will also be responsible to undertake the “Business development” initiatives centrally so as to enable the channel add more partners
Key Skills desired:
1. The person should be willing to travel as required to our partner locations which will mostly be in the rural parts of the country
2. The person should have a sharp acumen with a will to learn & should be hard working
3. The person should have good communication/interpersonal skills
4. Person should have the ability to execute/implement strategies & take things to closure
5. The person should have good interpersonal skills to discuss initiatives with senior members of the company for closures.
