Job Summary : As the Operations Head for Avataar Skincare Technologies in India, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient functioning of our business operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain, logistics, customer support, and related functions to support our growth in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the operational strategy for the company in India, aligning it with the overall business goals.

- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Supply Chain Management:

- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while optimizing inventory levels.

3. Logistics and Distribution:

- Oversee the transportation and distribution network, coordinating with logistics partners and carriers to improve delivery times and reduce costs.

- Implement best practices for warehousing and distribution.

4. Customer Support:

- Lead the customer support team, ensuring a high level of service and timely issue resolution.

- Implement and refine customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

- Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest product and service quality.

7. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

8. Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in a leadership role within operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and customer support processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.

- Knowledge of the Wellness & Beauty industry in India is a plus.
