The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies that build awareness, engagement and ultimately sales for the Organization.
- He/she manages a budget and staff responsible for research, planning and execution of marketing and project plans designed to position, sell and support.

- The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the success of products, services & brand promise in the marketplace of the organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Strategic thinking - ability to develop, clearly articulate, and sell complex, adaptive marketing plans.
- Superior program management - skilled juggler who can execute multi-faceted campaigns flawlessly, and with a commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical skills - up front modeling, as well as back-end tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies.
- Exceptional collaborator and influencer - ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and quickly build relationships needed to accomplish program objectives.
- Composed, professional & articulate
- Highly motivated self-starter with a structured yet adaptable work-style - able to work well in a fast-paced team environment while having a focus on quality, and good attention to detail.
- Adept in online and offline marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing)
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, product marketing, and marketing management required.
- Collaborative and leadership skills are a must.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office suite and other similar software packages.
- Expertise in German and/or Turkish is an added advantage
