Job Description: Senior Consultant
Reporting to:
Associate Vice President / Vice President or Partner depending on the size and complexity of the consulting engagement
Role & Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation
- Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projects
- Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of Consultants
- Supporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals
- Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation
Qualification Criteria
- SC to be from 2012 to 2013 batch MBA only or equivalent in General Management or Marketing or any other streams from AIM-Manila / FMS / IIMs / IIT-Madras / JBIMS / MDI / NMIMS / SJMSOM - IIT Mumbai / SCMHRD / SIBM / SPJIMR / XIMB / XLRI and a graduate degree from a reputed institute
- A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in any or all of the following areas
- Strategy and / or Management Consulting
- Strategy or Corporate Planning in a major corporation
- Performance Improvement
- Supply Chain and Sourcing
- Balanced Scorecard
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Agri Business, Automotive, Chemicals, Engineering and Capital Goods, Consumer Goods
Performance Appraisal Criteria:
Will be appraised on:
- Project Management including research, analysis, insight generation, written communication in terms of report writing skills and verbal communication
- Client management (at a suitable level in client organization)
- Knowledge and IP Development
- Contribution to the firm in non-project areas (marketing, HR, IT, knowledge management)
Compensation:
- CTC which is a fixed compensation
- Performance bonus dependent on a combination of individual and firm performance
