Primary Responsibility:
- Individual contributor role along with team management.
- New customer acquisition and business development.
- Liaise with corporate clients and develop CXO level relationships.
- Penetrate all named accounts for promoting avagmah.com products and services.
- Achieve booking and revenue targets for each of the named account.
- Forecast and achieve monthly order booking and revenue targets.
- Manage client relationship and ensure each customer is a profit center.
- Source business relating to employee education and training from the customer eco-system including their suppliers, vendors, employees etc.
- Provide required inputs to the credit team for enabling customer approvals .
- Maintain high level of customer service in coordination with operations and other related teams.
- Providing inputs on the trends in the industry and individual customer performance.
Education & Experience:
- MBA from Top tier management institute.
- 7-12 years of relevant corporate sales / hunter experience preferably (Not Mandatory) in the education and training industry.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts, large deals from leading corporate.
- Significant exposure to selling in respective market must
