Job Description for Engagement Manager :
- The incumbent would be tracking student progress and measuring completion of these metrics and making sure that the batch reaches the efficient level as set by academics team
- The incumbent would be in charge for all student engagement campaigns/ collaterals. this would include Guru Talks, Newsletters, Blogs, Student Speak section and Student editorial work to be published on Avagmah platforms
- The incumbent would be one point of contact for Academics and faculty related issues
- The incumbent would act as a contact person between students and faculty members in terms of doubts, queries, live sessions etc
- Incumbent would measure student feedback at regular intervals and suggest changes to Tech team and Student Support team
- In sum, the incumbent acts as a friend, guide, mentor and a philosopher with the single aim of ensuring that student completes the entire program as prescribed by the University, in the shortest possible time, with maximum engagement
Key metrics to work on :
- 100% video completion in all subjects for students (by Dec 2015)
- At least 80% attendance in live mentoring sessions
- At least 50% Participation in key activities like case competition, book chapter contribution etc
- 100% participation in value added activities like personality profiling, career counseling etc
- Average completion period to be not more than 2.2 years (which means that a majority of the students should complete the course in the minimum 2 years- time, with a small spillover to 2.5 years) (long term)
- Reporting to Head, Learning and Development
- Has one junior executive as a reportee (calls, reports, coordination etc)
