Key Result Areas :

1. Corporate Finance :

- Ensure timely financial closure of various projects (in consultation with Head Corporate Finance.)

- Preparation of PIM

- Preparation of Financial Model

- Preparation of DPR / TEV

- Project appraisal with lenders

- Negotiation of Term Sheet

- Loan and security documents negotiation and execution

- Security Creation

- Reports from external consultants like LIE, LIA, LLC, CA certificates etc

- Compliance with various pre-disbursement conditions

- Post disbursement compliances

- Timely debt servicing

- Ensure timely availability of non-fund credit facilities (LC/BG/BC/LUT) at best possible terms to facilitate smooth project execution and other corporate & working capital requirements

- Ensure timely compliances under various loan related agreements.

- Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of related MIS to concerned stakeholders including lenders

- Timely External Credit Rating of project debt and corporate debts

- Lookout for new sources or innovative structure of funding

- Provide strategic inputs to the management to aid them in decision making in submitting new bids, state policies, bid documents etc.

2. Relationship Management with Banks and FIs :

- Develop close relationships with key individuals in the financial fraternity to ensure funding at competitive interest rates

- Analyze products offered by financial institutions and fit with companies- needs

- Develop close relationships with key stakeholders like LIA, LLC, LIE etc.

3. Business Excellence :

- Ensure use of standard practices and standard documentation for the department

5. Qualification Required : MBA in Finance / CA

6. Work Experience : Minimum 3-10 years of experience in a medium to large sized organization in the field of corporate finance/International Funding. Experience with power sector organizations will be preferable.
