1. Arranging Credit Facilities (Fund Based and Non Fund Based) for various projects as per Company's AOP. 1.1. Ensure timely financial closure of various projects in India &amp; Global ( in consultation with Head Treasury.) - Preparation of PIM - Preparation of Financial Model - Preparation of DPR / TEV - Project appraisal with lenders - Negotiation of the Term Sheet - Loan and security documents negotiation and execution - Security Creation - Reports from external consultants like LIE, LIA, CA certificates etc - Compliance with various per-disbursement conditions - Post disbursement compliance - Timely debt servicing 1.2. Ensure timely availability of nonfund credit facilities ( LC/BG/BC/LUT) at best possible terms to facilitate smooth project execution. 1.3. Ensure timely compliance's under various loan related agreements. 1.4. Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of related MIS to concerned stakeholders. 1.5. Timely Rating of various projects. 1.6. Lookout for new sources or innovative structure of funding 1.7. Provide strategic inputs to the management to aid them in decision making in submitting new bids, state policies bid documents etc. 1.8 Ensure timely rating of facilities availed. 2. Relationship Management with Banks and FIs 2.1. Develop close relationships with key individuals in the financial fraternity to ensure WREPL receives funding at competitive interest rates. 2.2. Analyze products offered by financial institutions for fit with companies- needs. 2.3. Develop close relationships with key stakeholders like LIA, LLC and LIE etc. 3. Business Excellence 3.1. Ensure the use of standard practices and standard documentation for the department. Skills :&nbsp; - Analytical skill - Leadership skills - Orientation to Compliance and Processes - Business Acumen - Execution excellence and result orientation - Problem-solving - Influencing Skills - Planning &amp; Organizing Work Experience :&nbsp; Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a medium to the large sized organization in the field of corporate finance/International Funding. Experience with manufacturing/ power sector organizations will be preferable.
