Project Finance Head

- Facilitate the process of budgeting for AVAADA and monitor the performance of departments and the organization against the defined budget performance parameters

- Forecast working capital requirements of the organization and manage funding through equity and debt capital

- Structure capital for funding expansions and negotiates with Financial Institutions and banks.

- Manage the risk of foreign exchange rate fluctuations

- Manage the investments of surplus capital by identifying, evaluating and selecting investment and divestment opportunities

- Drive funds raising (rupee as well foreign currency loans), funds management, forex management, financial closure and disbursements etc.

- Pre Financial Closure and Banking - Raising debt/equity, financial Closure, liaison with banks, disbursement requests, preparation of PIM, updating of PIM, forecasting future interests

- Manage all activities related to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement

- Post Financial Closure- Reviewing loan agreement, Investments / divestments, Prepare, Monitor and ensure cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, payback periods, DSCR's, projected profitability and other financial parameters / reports to analyze inflow / outflow of funds and profits/surplus resulting thereof

- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring timeliness and adherence to accounting standards

- Facilitate internal and statutory audits and action audit recommendations approved by the top management

- Accounts, budgeting, taxation and controls & ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, balance sheets, P&L

- Project financing, working capital financing, management and control

- Cash flow management, forex and risk management, interest risk management

- Corporate finance, capital markets, private equity and financial structuring exposure and knowledge

- Participate in the organization's strategies & business, strong contributor to business and drive financial planning process

- Conduct financial analysis of similar companies and / or projects for benchmarking Ratios and performance tracking

- Screening new projects to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting cash flow and growth opportunities.

- Handle Commercial matters, reviewing debtors control on regular intervals and interact with Purchase Department of the Company

- Ensure adherence to financial and accounting policies & statutory compliances

- Corporate governance

- Legal and compliance work

- Liasioning with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approval

- Ensure that all functional policies are compliant with applicable laws, regulations and industry norms

- Anticipate areas of business risk with respect to corporate processes and take appropriate risk mitigation initiatives

- Ensure that appropriate checks & balances are inculcated in the organization structure and processes

- Develop close relationships with key individuals in the financial fraternity to ensure AVAADA receives funding at competitive interest rates

- Liaise with key investors (FIIs, Banks) and ensures that their queries and grievances are addressed to in a timely manner

- Analyze products offered by financial institutions for fit with AVAADA's needs

- Lead investor/analysts conference calls in a quarterly basis and provides the necessary information in relation to the organization's performance and growth objectives

- Ensure use of standard practices and standard documentation for the department

- Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work

- Manage performance development, career aspiration and mobility of the team members as per the business needs in partnership with HR

- Undertake activities for keeping employees engaged in partnership with HR

- Retain key talent and develop leadership for succession planning in partnership with HR
