Monitoring:
1. Organizing Weekly Review Meeting.
2. Releasing Agenda and Minutes of weekly review meeting.
3. Releasing weekly progress report
4. Updation of schedule and critical path analysis
5. Releasing Exception Report
6. Coordination with all Dept to ensure 100 % deliverable on time
7. Coordination with vendors for timely submission and approval of drawing to ensure manufacturing clearances and inspection on time
Compliances:
1. Ensure all compliances application on time
2. Complete documentation for approval of all the compliances
Commissioning and COD:
1. Ensure all commissioning document availability on time
Project Handover on time to O & M:
1. Ensure all Punch Point resolved
2. Handover of all documents to O & M as per Procedure.
People Development:
1. Arranging Training
2. Arranging Get together
3. Development to take higher responsibilities.
