1. Project Planning , Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining project objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Formulate and implement strategic approaches to optimize the development and execution of solar energy projects.
- Develop L1, L2, L3 project schedules and ensures schedules are updated on weekly basis and issued.
- Develop and Implement Project Progress Monitoring System using weightage based S-Curves.
- Generate Commonly used commodity curves and Resource forecasting.
- Take lead in organizing Project review meetings and ensures Agenda and MoM are issued.
- Prepare Project Updates for Top Management reviews
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary project team, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, driving excellence and innovation.
3. Resource Management:
- Implement efficient resource management strategies to meet project goals.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-performance and reliable solar projects.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Implement measures to address uncertainties and changes throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in successfully managing solar energy projects, from development through to commissioning.
- Proficiency in using Planning Tools like MSP, P6 and MS-Excel
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing project teams.
- In-depth understanding of solar project development, construction, and operations.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
