Job Summary:

As the Chief Marketing and Branding Officer at Avaada, you will lead our marketing strategies and branding efforts to enhance our market presence and drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing initiatives and establishing Avaada as a leader in the renewable energy sector. Your leadership will help shape our public image in alignment with our mission of providing sustainable and innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that aligns with Avaada's strategic objectives and market opportunities.

- Brand Management: Oversee the management of the Avaada brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.

- Market Research: Conduct and analyse market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including content strategy, SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising to enhance online presence and engagement.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Avaada's value proposition to diverse audiences.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team capable of executing complex marketing strategies.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with corporate goals and operations.

- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 20 years of progressive marketing experience in a leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proven problem-solving approach.
