Job Summary:

The Head of Growth & Revenues will be responsible for driving corporate revenue growth by acquiring and managing high-value enterprise accounts, executing scalable growth strategies, and optimizing customer acquisition channels. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, growth marketing, and corporate account management to accelerate business expansion across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Account Management:

- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to acquire and retain enterprise clients.

- Lead high-value corporate deal negotiations, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with the international sales team to craft tailored proposals and close complex B2B deals.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

Growth Strategy & Expansion:

- Design and implement growth strategies to scale revenue through corporate sales, partnerships, and new market entry.

- Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

- Identify and test new sales and marketing channels to optimize customer acquisition and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience, retention, and expansion.

- Drive international market expansion by identifying new growth opportunities and scaling operations globally.

Marketing & Demand Generation:

- Develop and execute organic and paid growth initiatives to generate a robust pipeline of corporate leads.

- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to engage and convert key enterprise accounts.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce thought leadership content, case studies, and webinars.

- Utilize digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, SEO, and performance marketing to drive demand.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Define, measure, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales growth and customer acquisition.

- Use CRM tools (Fresh sales, Freshdesk or equivalent) and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.

- Continuously refine sales processes, pricing strategies, and value propositions to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in SaaS growth, corporate sales, and enterprise account management.

- Proven track record in closing large corporate deals and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong background in growth marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

- Experience working across Asian, European, African, or Middle Eastern markets is a plus.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage senior decision-makers.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Fresh sales, Freshdesk or equivalent) and sales analytics.

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance tracking, funnel optimization, and revenue forecasting.

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
