Autoninja is in a bid to reshape the face of the automotive industry in India by providing cutting edge technology driven solutions to automotive dealers. Autoninja boasts of a strong clientele of 250+ top auto dealers in the country within 4 years of operations. We are a SAIF Partners funded startup and are rapidly expanding our footprint across India. We have our team across 5 locations - Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune.

Our Ninjas are a team of young, dynamic and experienced graduates from premier institutes (IITs, NITs etc) and we are looking for more Ninjas to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between clients and Engineering team for quality, on- time delivery of agreed deliverables

- Analyse client data and processes and give recommendations for improved business results

- Drive business results at the clients

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend changes in our product

- Maintain High Team morale

- Work closely with the Regional Managers to meet the set targets

Qualifications/Skills :

- High Aptitude, ability to understand, assimilate and draw inferences from a large amount of data

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills

- Assertive nature to push your recommendations at the clients

- Interested to work in a dynamic start-up environment

- Take ownership of work and be able to continuously prioritize work items in a fast paced environment

- Must be flexible in traveling across the region

Education / Work Ex :

- Bachelors from premier institutes across India. Education is not a bar. MBA is a definite plus.

- Prior experience in handling clients is a bonus

The candidate will be based out of Gurgaon and handle clients in North India. He/She will report directly to Regional Manager.
