Automation Architect - KPO

- 12- 15 years of Information Technology field, focusing on Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.

- 10+ years of experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies for large scale Web applications.

- Generating right kind of test data and infrastructure to run the automation suites

- Frameworks and implementation strategy for automation to support the projects

- Evaluate, select and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.

- Responsible for maintaining, improving and implementing QA automation Framework.

- Collaborate with project teams to strategize & align long term solution for automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.

- Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to project teams and Automation test engineers for the implementation of testing automation processes and best practices as needed.

- Develop Automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability

- Performs test automation utilizing testing tools such as QTP, Selenium, Soap UI, LISA etc.

- Ensure enterprise projects adherence & compliance to the QA-Automation testing processes and standards Requirements

- Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures

- Must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization.

- Experience in leading multiple automation and technical projects.

Mandatory Skill / Experience :

- 10+ years of experience focused on Automation Testing, using tools like HP-QTP, Selenium, Soap UI, LISA etc. Experience in building Automation frameworks according to the business needs.

- Hands-on Exp in writing automation scripts using commercial & Open-source tools.

- Develop and maintain automation suite throughout the product life cycle.

- Good understanding of the SDLC & experience of working with various models like Waterfall & Agile.

- Certifications related to Automation testing tools/concepts.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, Proactive with ability to solve challenging technical problems, good debugging capabilities.
