We are looking for a rockstar recruiter to join the team and support Business Hiring. The recruiter will work closely with Team leaders to execute hiring mandates while facilitating a seamless and positive candidate experience. We are looking for a fast-paced recruiter who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on our growing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building pipeline to closing candidates
- Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels, while assessing the ROI on responsiveness, quality and costs.
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers by making recommendations on our hiring process, setting recruiting best practices and providing regular updates
- Engage leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
- Coordinate and partner with external recruitment agencies as may be required.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.
- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
You would be accountable for :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Ensuring closures at all levels within the stipulated timelines and budget
- Achieving key metrics and ratios in talent management
Process building, adherence, and timely reporting
Looking For :
- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition in Product/Sales.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Preferably experienced in startups.
