- Strong corporate experience of working in TA and hiring tech talent
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:-
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across various time zones, managing complex scheduling requirements and candidate management
- Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers etc managing Telephonic & F2F Interviews
- Updating the systems like Taleo, Workday etc with candidate feedback as advised by the Recruiters
- A Go-Getter: You are a highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to give the best candidate experience
- Analytical and a Problem Solver: You understand the need of the hour and get on top of candidate coordination
- Adaptable: You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing
- Strong inter-personal skills
Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs experience in Recruitment coordination.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
- Exposure to ATS systems like Taleo.
- Good experience with Microsoft office.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptable and Organized, able to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks quickly.
Salary offered : 8 - 9 LPA
