Role/Purpose:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting including the development and execution of recruiting and sourcing strategies. Sources, identifies, qualifies, interviews, negotiates salaries and closes candidates for a variety of positions. Closely partners with the business to understand business strategies and talent required to deliver on them. Identifies talent sources and networks with target candidates to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates. Works directly with hiring managers and HR to influence and lead the entire recruiting process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring sales and technical professionals across a wide range of roles.
- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Providing guidance and support to two recruiting coordinators/sourcers
- Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
