Summary :
- The Program Manager, Social Media and Digital Marketing role is responsible for developing and executing overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts for the Autodesk brand.
- It is an opportunity for the right individual to have an impact on the brand through progressive marketing strategies across all media.
- This person will be responsible for cutting through the clutter to create demand, build and position the Autodesk brand with existing clients and target customers through the use of social media, as well as select online media opportunities and strategic digital partnerships.
Areas of Experience :
The Program Manager should have deep expertise across various disciplines including:
- Digital Marketing Strategies and Media
- Social Community Management and Customer Care
- Online Content / Editorial Creation and Production
- Digital Public Relations and Social Outreach
- Digital Production and Development
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Accountable for social media strategy across all current social platforms (Facebook, Blog on Tumblr, Twitter- )
- Accountable for social media content creation and digital production including blog
- Manage Autodesk community across all brand channels including social customer care
- Manage blog & online public relations contacts & social outreach with public relations partners
- Conceive, create and execute innovative online media & marketing programs
- Identify and develop integrated partnership / sponsorship strategies to meet demand generation and brand positioning goals
- Strategize and execute social media and digital branding programs from concept to execution in partnership with various internal and external cross functional business partners.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Requirements :
- MBA with specialization in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience executing social media marketing & digital programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Creative / editorial copywriting experience a plus
- Forward-thinking and highly collaborative with balance of left and right brain thinking (analytical and creative)
- Social community management experience including crisis management
- Experience with a variety of online content management systems including Tumblr
- Familiarity with digital analytics & media tracking tools (Omniture & Google Analytics)
- Experience managing digital production including agency production team resources
- Experience managing projects on top of monitoring social APIs
- Contacts and well developed relationships across relevant online press channels; experience executing social public relations campaigns
- Digital media buying & implementation experience including progressive & holistic social media
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced large, corporate environment with many cross functional partners
- Genuine enjoyment of extensive social interactions & communities and a love for customer care
- Ability to handle the job on a 24/7 basis as necessary
PS : This is a yearly Contract role and extendable.
