Marketing Operations and Events Executive
Profile :
- Coordinate with all Mktg managers and partners on freezing event dates.
- Hold all webinars as per the plan and coordinate with Agency on successful execution.
- Interface with external vendors to maintain timelines and ensure effective management of every event
- Monitor, review and prepare reports on all marketing activity/ results with respect to key performance metrics
- Execute technical workshops and seminars as per marketing plan assigned by managers
- Monitor production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness
- Develop and integrate marketing activities across service areas.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues for customer case stories, event speakers etc.
- Oversee implementation of Creative / Communication - To ensure all collaterals for the brand are in line with the brand's business strategic growth initiatives
- Work with other cross-functional team members (Creative, Tech, Graphics, Studio) to drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication.
- Help in all backend activities to launch marketing programs and activities.
Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in event management and marketing operations role with leading MNC's.
Position : Contract - 1 yr extendable.
