Autodesk is hiring Channel Sales Manager West India based out of Pune and wish to seek your interest in the role below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build the strong relationship, acts as the trusted advisor for partner principals and management team.
- Create the annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment, runs strategic business workshops for partners in assigned regions.
- Recaps quarterly sales results with partners. Helps partner set targets and goals for upcoming quarters
- Runs accurate forecast process and pipeline reviews with partners.
- Drives sales activities with partners, set targets/milestones, measure results, ensure execution and generate business opportunities
- Influence marketing plans, manage merit funds available, coordinates marketing efforts to support sales programs and initiatives together with partners
- Provides training and assistance to the partners directly or through appropriate resources in the following areas: product training, sales training, account development, presentation and demonstration skills, seminar activity, marketing plans, and proposal development.
- Ensures partners receive and understand all relevant information and follow all Autodesk policies and processes.
- Oversees contractual agreements between Autodesk and partners.
- Presents contracts to partners, explains changes and ensures that partners abide by contract terms.
- Full understanding of partner business, organizational set-up.
- Make sure the partners grow according to Autodesk expectations, ensure common vision, and long/short-term strategy.
