Hiring Sales People for Autobix (BNT Talbros Group Company)
We are a SaaS Startup developing tools for OEMs and Automotive Dealerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are a young start-up looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to become a part of the company's initial Sales Team
Relationship Building :
- Establish proactive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealers
- Engage with dealers to discuss his priorities, sales improvement initiatives, promote new and higher selling versions
- Implement sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays, etc
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate dealers needs on an ongoing basis.
Sales Planning and Analysis :
- Promote newer and higher selling versions to Dealers
- Investigate lost sales and dealer accounts
- Forecast sales to assigned dealers, through collaboration and planning.
- Maintain and update records and conduct assessment of the local market (competitors in the market, market potential, channels of distribution, etc)
- Proactively identify new qualifying dealers and ensure smooth on-boarding of them
- Educate new dealers on BNT Autosoft terms of business, policies and expectations
Issue Resolution :
- Understand issues of dealers and work with Tech team to resolve/address them.
Desired Candidate :
- Basic Computer Skills
- Post Graduates with minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Any Experience in the Automotive Industry would be a definitive plus.
- Willingness to travel PAN India
