Key Responsibilities :


1. Strategy Development:


- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.


- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of campaigns.


2. Digital Advertising:


- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat), display advertising, and programmatic advertising.


- Create and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.


3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):


- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform paid search campaigns.


- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.


4. Social Media Advertising:


- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.

- Segment and target audiences effectively to achieve campaign objectives.


5. Data Analysis and Optimization:


- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.


- Use A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize ad campaigns and landing pages.


6. Budget Management:


- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest ROI potential.


- Ensure budget adherence and provide regular financial reporting.


7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):


- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve website and landing page design for better conversion rates.


- Implement A/B tests and recommend changes based on CRO findings.


8. Marketing Technology:


- Utilize marketing technology tools such as marketing automation platforms, analytics software, and ad management platforms to streamline campaign execution and measurement.


9. Reporting and Communication:


- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.


10. Stay Informed and Innovate:


- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.


- Recommend and implement innovative strategies and tactics to stay competitive.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of achieving measurable results.


- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).


- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.


- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


- Familiarity with marketing technology and automation tools.


- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
