About the Role
- Responsible for Product Development. End to End Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage first principles problem solving skills to develop Authbridge' s strategic 'big product bets' that is required to win within a customer segment
- Build business cases for new initiatives, with a focus on market and opportunity sizing
- Develop a thorough 'customer needs' mapping within priority Customer segments/Markets through direct interviews & deep data analysis.
- Collaborate and convert 'customer needs' into 'product requirements'
- Work in close proximity with leadership to drive product strategy, resource investment, and KPI calibration
- Lead critical projects based on emergent business needs
Must have work Experience
- Has post MBA (2-5) years' experience in a product strategy role in a SAAS product or an E-commerce company
- Has handled multiple products strategy.
- Has demonstrated flair for software products / services
- Has played an active role in requirement gathering, wireframe preparation, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing for at least one significant product / project
Qualification & Functional Skills
- Degree in business or related field (MBA preferred) from tier 1 institutes (IIMs/ FMS/ ISB, etc.)
- 2+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment bank, and/or hyper growth tech company
- Self-starter who can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on - You are willing to roll up your sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem
- Near-unreasonably high bar for user experience
- Strong communication skills - you're able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way
- Technical depth and tenacity to break down operational complexity and drive ambiguous problems to conclusion.
