About the Role
The role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on AuthBridge product enabling the sales team through understanding of product, process, and sales approach. The role will involve working closely with Product and tech team to understand the functionality offered.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
- Become the subject-matter expert on the products, intimately understanding their functionalities and features to help the sales team position them aptly to our clients.
- Serve as the point of contact for all product training and documentation needs.
- Design and deliver training modules, workshops, and other learning initiatives to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.
- Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation. Create (or identify the need for creating) supporting materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors.
- Be responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning programs and supporting collateral.
- Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Training Delivery:
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Work with Product Teams/Business Heads to identify the target audience's training needs.
- Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and
- Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, process deviation, or delivery misses.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Work with Product Teams/Business Heads to identify the target audience's training needs.

- Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, sales process deviation, or revenue delivery misses.
Must have work Experience:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as an instructional designer and trainer in a technology company, preferably B2B SAAS.
- Excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred)
- Background in adult learning principles and creating learning materials based on
- ID principles strongly desired.
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Qualification & Functional Skills:
- Must hold an MBA degree from Tier 1 / 1+ college with BTech preferred.
- Ability to create high quality training material and e-Learning modules.
- Strong functional acumen and ability to articulate product concepts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills- with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify technical or complex information and tasks into friendly, simple language
