Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Product Marketing
- Provide our sales force with the information it requires to advance product sales and be the champion for new product innovations.
- Deep focus on Market understanding, customer empathy and competitive analysis - Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players.
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market through surveys, Client interviews and benchmarking.
- Create Pitch decks, training materials and sales programs to consistently generate new, high-quality leads
- Design and lead the overall GTM strategy
- Work closely with product management team to expand the existing products along with developing and launching new products
- Has experience in a Strategy or Product Marketing role in a SAAS product or E-commerce or Big 4 Strategy Consulting
- Experience in Secondary Research & Documentation
- Has worked on diverse business assignments across industries and has handled Client facing roles
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA from tier 1 institutes (IIMs/ ISB, etc.)
- Self-starter who can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on - You are willing to roll up your sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem.
- Experience in constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing etc.
- Strong communication skills - you are able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way
