- Responsible for driving and ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients by positioning Workforce and Business Solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle in the allocated region for the Business solution vertical of AuthBridge.
- Engage in mature discussions with C-level audiences and do concept sales through value pitches.
- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.
- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry.
- Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors' data, their offerings and pricing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
- Understand key business insights and challenges of the customer and proactively position appropriate products from AuthBridge portfolio to maximise revenue.
Must have work Experience :
- Min 6-10 years of experience evangelizing enterprise technology in B2B space.
- Experience working in top/mid-tier IT Software/Hardware product company. Experience in SaaS sales will be an advantage.
- Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments and growing assigned accounts by increasing wallet share.
- Selling experience to large enterprises across key Industry verticals.
Qualification & Functional Skills :
- MBA/Graduate from reputed Institute.
- Ability to prospect and build CxO and senior level relationships within large organizations.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Sound Business acumen around Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Maintain regular pipeline forecasts and provide business health checks to senior management.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decision makers (CxOs).
- Create, maintain, and execute a Strategic Account Plan for the assigned territory/accounts with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs.
- Good domain understanding for the key industries with sound knowledge of latest business and technological trends.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good MS Power-Point and MS-Excel skills.
