- Understanding customer pain points and ensuring the best possible solution is provided to the customer.
- Responsible for driving and ensuring best possible solution through new and existing clients by positioning Workforce and Business Solutions.
- Own, develop, and manage solutioning for new prospects and current Accounts for SaaS solution and/or Services from Authbridge Workforce and Business Solutions verticals.
- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.
- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry.
- Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors' data, their offerings and pricing strategies.
- Min (1-3) years of experience evangelizing enterprise technology in B2B space.
- Experience working in top/mid-tier IT Software/Hardware product company. Experience in SaaS sales/pre-Sales will be an advantage.
- Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments and growing assigned accounts by increasing wallet share.
- Selling experience to large enterprises across key Industry verticals.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
- Understand key business insights and challenges of the customer and proactively position appropriate products from AuthBridge portfolio to maximise revenue.
