- Solutioning Manager will work in close collaboration with sales team to drive consultative business closures and create solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a solutioning role, with being a part of the central team that works directly with the leaders on solving interesting and large-impact problems specifically on product or technology for AuthBridge.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Pre-sales or sales solutioning experience in the B2B space in a technology driven environment.
- Experience in doing market & customer research and presenting a coherent picture of your research
- Outstanding program management with ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Should have strong business management and analytical skills
- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Develop a deep understanding of the AuthBridge product and features to provide messaging, value propositions, benefits, and material to support marketing and sales programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to drive a consistent and compelling product message to effectively promote and facilitate the sale of our products.
- Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required point-of-contacts at prospective customer's end.
- Provide value-based solutions to the client to accelerate closure cycle
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and aggressively pursuing partners with strategic sales solutions.
- Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with client's POCs, sales team, product and technology team, delivery teams as required.
- Gain thorough understanding of the products and continuously learn from new product updates and pitch them appropriately to the clients, based on their requirements.
- Promote the advanced Solutions with the sales team, highlighting key differentiators and solution benefits that address customer problems
- Providing continuous feedback to product development / delivery team / sales team with respect to new trends and solution expectation from the customer sides based on market demand or research.
- Continuous engagement with technology, sales and product teams to drive innovations and enhancements to product, thereby creating new opportunities for up- sell or cross-sell across industry.
- Build strong relationships with clients and continuously explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities for AuthBridge product or services with them, in close collaboration with Sales Team.
