In order to support our ongoing business growth, the Fund is now looking to hire a Trading & Operations Support Manager based in New Delhi. Compensation very competitive and strong career track and development opportunity interacting with colleagues from IIT, Harvard, and a CPA on the Operations side.

The key responsibilities of this Manager include:

1. Trade execution and post-execution support:

- Supporting the Head Trader in trade execution for Overseas and Asian Markets

- Supporting the Chief Investment Officer on Fixed Income-related investment strategy and execution (e.g., instrument selection, sensitivity analyses etc.)

2. Supporting COO/CFO/CTO in daily reconciliation between the Fund, Prime Brokers and the Fund administrator

- Supporting the COO in overseeing the execution, processing and accounting for the funds' core trading activities

- Supporting the CFO on NAV packs and Financial Control for the Fund and GP

- Supporting the CIO/COO/CTO in various data science initiatives, especially at they pertain to automating and increasing efficiency of our various Operations and related processes

Candidate requirements:

- The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of prior work experience in the Trading department of an asset manager or securities company or similar support function in the financial services sector.

- Trading experience, especially in Fixed income/bond and Convertible Bonds, is preferred.

- Prior operations experience in working with NAVs a plus.

- High degree of independence and drive required

- Degree in CA, MBA, Accounting, Finance or Operations from a top school (IIT/IIM) preferred.

- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word a must. Familiarity with basic coding (VBA, Python etc) and Databases (My SQL, Mongo etc) a bonus but not a pre-requisite.
