Responsibilities:

- Build advanced analytics capabilities in the organization

- Help the organization in building Python/R/Scala based products

- Help the organization in defining product architecture

- Doing independent research to come up with innovative solutions/ideas

- Provide thought leadership and hands-on experience for ongoing initiatives

- Train and guide team of data scientists and data engineers

- Machine learning based modeling using techniques such as Random Forest, XGBoost, GBM, Deep Learning etc.

- Solving complex client problems related to NLP, OCR, Video, Audio analytics

- Predictive analytics & statistical modeling using traditional modeling approach

- Development and validation of PD, LGD and EAD Retail Models

- Development of acquisition fraud scorecard

- Developing different types of retail model related to customer lifecycle

- Handling pre sales meetings with clients

- Client Handling - Understanding client requirements, problems etc.

- Preparing presentations and other documents as per client requirements

- Giving presentations to Senior Management

About You:

- You have good understanding of Statistics, Mathematics and Data Science. You have a background as data scientist experience in a large company. You have experience of SAS, R, SQL, VBA, Python & Scala not to mention good power point and excel skills. However, knowledge of other applications would also be an advantage.

- You are aware that life as a consultant is challenging and, at times, extremely demanding. - You have a degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science or any other related subject for that matter. The most important thing is that you are passionate about data science and wish to make a difference. Your communication skills are outstanding, and your written and spoken English are fluent.
