Auronova Consulting Solutions Private Limited (Auronova) is a Mumbai based company started in 2009. Auronova is a specialized Risk Management Consulting company providing financial consulting to banks & other financial institutions primarily in the middle-east (GCC) region and some clients in Mumbai. We cover the entire Risk Management spectrum from Credit risk, Market risk and Operational risk including Pillar II and Capital Adequacy. Our clientele includes several of the largest banks in the GCC region, top-tier credit bureau among others. Going forward, we aspire to strengthen our analytics domain while continuing to strengthen our business in Risk Consulting and expand in other geographies.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Banking

- Developing Rating Models for Corporate banking portfolios

- Developing Economic Models

- IFRS 9 Modeling

- Developing ICAAP & RAROC Models

- Client Handling - Understanding client requirements, problems etc

- Doing independent research to come up with innovative solutions/ideas

- Preparing presentations and other documents as per client requirements

- Giving presentations to Senior Management

Retail Banking

- Development of PD, LGD and EAD Retail Models

- IFRS 9 Modeling

- Development of acquisition fraud scorecard

- Loss Forecasting

- Developing different types of retail model related to customer lifecycle

About You:

You have several years of relevant analytics/business experience and you are passionate about improving yourself. You have a background as an analytics consultant or analytics experience in a large company. You have experience of SAS, R, SQL, VBA & Python, not to mention good power point and excel skills. However, knowledge of other applications would also be an advantage. You have cleared CFA & FRM.

You are aware that life as a consultant is challenging and, at times, extremely demanding. You have a degree in economics, statistics, engineering, computer science or business administration - or any other related subject for that matter. The most important thing is that you are passionate about analytics and wish to make a difference.

Your communication skills are outstanding, and your written and spoken English are fluent.

Location:

- Mumbai with around 30%-60% travel to middle-east
