Job purpose :
- The purpose of this job is to build Aureole product's mindshare and revenue with top prospects in Chemical and Manufacturing Industry in India.
- Also the objective of the job is to develop and guide channel sales partners in different regions and initiate customer interactions and demo for Aureole's solution.
- Train channel- partner staff on product and services to ensure leads and business growth. Plan and execute customer engagement and market activation initiatives in regions to ensure lead generation as per business plan.
Duties and responsibilities :
Overall :
- Drive profitability and grow revenue from named accounts.
- Develop channel business partners in different regions to drive sales & market penetration.
- Interact frequently with business partners to provide technology solutions and sales support
- Drive Enterprise Sales initiatives.
- Drive market survey and database for market activation plans
- Drive product training for channel sales partners.
- Lead sales plan & execution with management
- Identify/Understand the needs of End users and communicates to the business advantages & value creation for clients
- Establishes/maintains relationship with Manufacturing stakeholders, internal solutioning teams and external vendors.
- Participates in development of long-range Analytics and Reporting strategies, Prepare Roadmap etc. for India market
- Responsible for client satisfaction index and harvest additional opportunities from client engagements
- Contribute to thought leadership in Manufacturing & operations excellence
- Responsible to take individual ownership of opportunities from identification to closure and making sure the competency is developed in line with business requirements
Working conditions :
- Position is in Bangalore. Candidate shall be willing to travel across different regions in India, and for 10-15 days in each month. This is a critical part of this job. And demands high level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Travel involves upcountry, wherever the factories / plants are located.
Qualifications :
- Good exposure to Enterprise sales with IT products and manufacturing industry. Minimum 6-8 years of experience with MNC in sale of ERP or MES solutions.
- Self-starter with ability to close sales good knowledge for developing channel sales partners. Ability to build sales team from scratch.
- Overall knowledge of key manufacturing / Chemical companies, industry and market knowledge would be an added advantage.
